IMS网络割接，如割接过程中产生如下重大故障，凌晨4点时无法解决；或割接后用户使用发生严重故障，无法解决。则接割接指挥小组通知，执行倒回预案。
During cutover of the IMS network, if a major fault occurs during cutover and cannot be solved before 04:00 am, or a critical fault occurs on users after cutover and cannot be solved, you should carry out the rollback, plan according to notification of the cutover guidance team.
